TERMS & CONDITIONS - SK Events Bharatpur 1. Booking & Payments Confirmation: A 40% non-refundable advance secures your booking. Schedule: 40% advance at booking | 40% due 7 days before event | 20% due 24 hours before event. Services may be suspended if payments are delayed. Methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash (with official receipt). 2. Cancellations & Postponements Client Cancellation: The 40% advance is strictly non-refundable. Canceling within 14 days requires 70% of the total cost; within 7 days requires 100%. This applies to all scenarios, including personal emergencies, illness, or relationship breakdowns. Postponement: Permitted once (within 6 months) if notified 7 days prior. Company Cancellation: Full refund provided if we must cancel due to severe, unavoidable emergencies. 3. Delays & Overtime Charges Services are strictly tied to agreed timelines. If events are delayed due to Baraat, guests, family, or venue issues, overtime applies: Small Events: ₹2,000/hour Medium Events: ₹5,000/hour Large Events: ₹10,000/hour Overtime must be paid within 24 hours. 4. Additional Charges & Damages Extras: Any sudden additions (decor, lighting, extended hours) will be billed extra and require immediate payment. Damages: The Client is financially responsible for the repair or replacement of any company props, furniture, or decor damaged by guests. 5. Weather & Force Majeure Outdoors: The Client assumes all weather risks (rain, wind). Emergency waterproofing incurs extra costs. No refunds for weather disruptions. Unforeseen Events: We are not liable for disruptions beyond our control, including riots, lockdowns, or natural disasters. 6. Liability, Safety & Vendors Vendors: We do not take liability for third-party failures (Caterers, DJs, Venues). Safety: We reserve the right to immediately withdraw our team without refund if our staff faces abuse, violence, or an unsafe environment. 7. Photography We reserve the right to use event media for our portfolio and social media unless the Client requests privacy in writing before the event. 8. Agreement & Jurisdiction Making the advance payment confirms your acceptance of these terms. Any legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bharatpur, Rajasthan.
